Yatisha's warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. Liability and warranty is limited to repair/replace

of product, found defective under normal specified use. No liability for any consequential losses/ damages under any circumstances.

‣ The Warranty shall not cover any damages resulting from un-authorized usage/adaptations or adjustments to the product.

‣ Yatisha reserves the right to decline warranty service

‣ The Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer.

‣ The Warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, lightening, ingress of water, fire or Acts of God, improper ventilation, dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond Yatisha control and/or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorized agent.

‣ Physically damaged product and claim after warranty period will not be entertained.
